World premiere of Caneuon Caru Cymreig/Welsh Love Songs

The world premiere of Caneuon Caru Cymreig – settings by John Metcalf of well-known Welsh love songs will be given at a concert to be given by Jeremy Huw Williams (baritone) and Paula Fan (piano) on Sunday March 3rdat 5.00pm at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.

The concert given by Jeremy Huw Williams (baritone) and Paula Fan (piano) is part of the 50thanniversary celebrations of the Vale of Glamorgan Festival. The very distinctive programme connects ancient and contemporary Wales with new arrangements by five living composers from Wales of fifteen Welsh folksongs.
