Programme Note
These three brief pieces written shortly after an idyllic summer holiday evoke, as their titles suggest, a spirit of light and calm. They were commissioned by Nicola Phillips and Deian Rowlands with funds made available by the Arts Council of Wales, and were first performed at Galeri, Caernarfon on 18th September 2005.
